As a homeowner of multiple properties, I understand the stressors related to the buying and selling process; especially when it comes to searching for a new home in a different part of the state. My family moved from southwest Ohio to northeast Ohio in 2019 when my husband accepted the position of Village Administrator for Geneva-on-the-Lake. I love living in a resort town on Lake Erie. There is something about the water that provides a sense of peace and tranquility. Since my husband is also in the military, we were able to use a VA loan for the purchase of our house. I am very familiar with VA loans, military benefits and even how deployments can often affect decisions regarding buying or selling.
