***** Corinne was indispensable during our 6 months working together. She was able to manage my many idiosyncrasies & put my insecurities to rest to help make sense of the huge undertaking that was/is buying a home (in the post-pandemic market). I was amazed at her depth of knowledge of home building materials & utility systems while we were viewing the many homes we toured. She was always straight forward with me and fostered a working relationship where I trusted that she truly had my family's needs at the forefront of the process. When it came to making offers and finally closing on our new home, she was very patient with me. She thoroughly explained every little detail and ensured that I fully understood what I was signing. Corinne is an astute professional (who's also hilarious) and she made the laborious home buying process a lot of fun. ***** I’m mildly biased as Corinne is a friend I’ve known for better than a decade. With that in mind, I fired my original agent and the called Corinne, I was uncertain about mixing friendship and business, and my only regret is not calling Corinne first. Her overall knowledge, common sense and attention to detail are just the top of the iceberg. At no time did I feel pressured, or obligated to make a move I wasn’t willing to or ready to. She was forward with facts routinely that encompassed the current market and were in my interest, her optimism was only surpassed by her grounding of what my best interest was. From budget, to location to styles of homes Corinne continuously was on it. She’ll also be selling my former home once it’s ready to sell. Shopping for a new home generally isn’t a fun task, but I always looked forward to seeing homes with her. Homework was always done, I’s dotted, T’s crossed. Punctual, professional, personable and yet casual, but maybe that’s bc she was a friend first, but I doubt it. It’s how she views people and what she’s willing to do to get a job done correctly.
